German Wehrpass and accompanying charter which belonged to Heinz Bormann.

Heinz was born on August 24, 1920 in Horla, Germany. He joined the Wehrmacht on October 11, 1937. He served with several units, including Cavalry Reconnaissance (Panzer Aufklarung).

Heinze was deployed several times during the war on various fronts. Among other things, during the German invasion of Poland (1939), Westfont (1940), Leningrad (1941), actions against partisans in Greece (1943) and many other places.

During these many deployments he distinguished himself with an EK2, Panzerkampfabzeichen im bronze, ost medal, etc.

Heinz would eventually die at the age of 23 on July 14, 1944 in Kudynowce, Poland.
