This is an authentic WWII German Reichsbahn (State Railway) sleeve eagle, specifically issued to members of the WVD Brüssel – Wehrmacht Verkehrsdirektion Brussels, the military traffic administration for occupied Belgium.

Embroidered in striking gold/yellow thread on a black background, the patch features:

• Reichsadler (national eagle) clutching a swastika in a wreath
• Text: “WVD Brüssel” (Wehrmacht Transport Directorate Brussels)
