HJ Kreissieger 1939 Award

HJ Kreissieger 1939 Badge – District Winner in National Trade Competition

This is an original Hitler Youth (HJ) Kreissieger 1938 Award Badge, issued to the district winners (Kreissieger) of the Reichsberufswettkampf (National Vocational Competition). These awards were introduced in 1938 and came in three grades, distinguished by color:

• Gold for Reichssieger (National Winners)


• Silver for Gausieger (Regional Winners)


• Bronze for Kreissieger (District Winners) – as seen here

The badge features a striking enamel design, with the HJ diamond set over a cogwheel, surmounted by a detailed eagle clutching a wreath. The year “1939” is flanked on either side.

Reverse is clearly maker-marked: Ferdinand Wagner, Pforzheim a known manufacturer of period decorations.

Comes complete with its original and fully functional pin and catch assembly.

Condition: Very good, showing only minor wear and light scratches from handling. The enamel and details remain crisp and well-preserved.

This is a genuine and highly collectible example of a pre-WWII Third Reich-era youth award, ideal for historians, collectors, and militaria enthusiasts.
