Miniature Mother’s Cross in Bronze (Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter)

This is an original miniature version of the Mother’s Cross in Bronze, officially known as the Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter. Instituted by Adolf Hitler on December 16, 1938, the Mother’s Cross was awarded to German mothers who exhibited exemplary motherhood by raising multiple children in accordance with state ideals.
