This original WWII German Wehrmacht Light Infantry sleeve patch features the distinctive embroidered oak leaf design, used to denote light infantry troops and specialized foot units. The patch is finely machine-embroidered in green and tan thread on dark backing cloth, with its oval border and details still clearly visible.

The reverse shows period stitching consistent with wartime production. Some edge fraying is present, typical of removed-from-uniform insignia, adding historical character.
